The present invention relates to a composition for enhancing cytokine secretion of ADSC (adipose-derived stem cell), comprising a substance P as an active ingredient, and a method for enhancing cytokine secretion of ADSC using the same. The present invention also relates to a conditioned medium of ADSC prepared using Substance P, a preparation method thereof, and an immunosuppressive or angiogenic composition comprising the same as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, the substance P effectively enhances the cytokine secretion ability of ADSC, and the adjusted medium of the ADSC cultured with the substance P shows an excellent effect on enhancing immune suppression ability and angiogenesis.
