The present invention relates to an adipose-derived stem cell sheet containing three dimensional spherical cells in which the three dimensional spherical cells of the adipose-derived stem cells are co-cultured on a sheet composed of the adipose-derived stem cells, and a method for manufacturing the same. When the adipose-derived stem cell sheet containing the three dimensional spherical cells of the present invention is transplanted to an ischemic disease patient, high stem cell engraftment rate and angiogenesis potential are exhibited such that the sheet can be effective for treating the ischemic disease.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
