The disclosed carbon-based nanocomposite comprises a polymer nanowire containing a plurality of carbon-based nanostructures. The plurality of carbon-based nanostructures is electrically connected in the polymer nanowire, and a part of the plurality of carbon-based nanostructures protrude to a surface of the polymer nanowire. Pores are formed on the surface of the polymer nanowire. A plurality of polymer nanowires are formed in a network structure to form a positive electrode of a lithium air battery. According to the present invention, the capacity of the lithium air battery is increased.
