The present invention relates to a system and a method for predicting a germination rate of a grain wherein spectroscopic data for grain samples and shape and color characteristic data are applied to a germination rate prediction program on the basis of an artificial intelligence algorithm, thereby being capable of more accurately predicting the germination rate of a grain sample.
