The present invention relates to an automatic alignment system for a 3D printer. More specifically, the automatic alignment system for a 3D printer comprises level and ultraviolet sensors at the bottom of a build stage supporting an outputted product in order to control a stage driving unit and a projector driving unit in accordance with the height from a water tank and the inclination of the build stage, which are measured by the level and ultraviolet sensors. Accordingly, balance between the build stage and the projector is maintained to automatically maintain the balance of the build stage in accordance with the height from the water tank, and an irradiation range of light irradiated from the bottom of the build stage is adjusted to maintain parallelism between the build stage and the projector irradiating light to the build stage, thereby increasing completeness of a product outputted to the bottom of the build stage.
