The present invention relates to a thiol or amine compound containing a boronic ester functional group and a self-restoring polyurethane-based composition manufactured from the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to: a novel compound containing the boronic ester functional group; and a polyurethane-based composition having 50% or more of self-restoring force in an atmospheric condition at room temperature and relative humidity of 10% or more using the same.
