The present invention relates to a lower frame for a fish cage farm, which reinforces the strength of the lower frame and is improved for easy assembling and disassembling. The lower frame, which is installed in the lower part of the net of a fish cage farm and supports a cage structure installed in the net, includes: at least four edge members which are connected in series to form a rectangular edge; a plurality of vertical members which vertically connect one side of the edge member and the other side facing the one side; a corner connection pipe which connects both end parts of the edge member at four corners of the edge member; and a vertical connection pipe which connects the edge member with an end part of the vertical member. The edge member and the vertical member: form an open unit of which one central part of one side is open among two relatively long sides, and which is formed in a rectangular pipe shape in overall; and have a bending unit in which both end parts of the open unit are bent downwards, wherein the corner of the bending unit is round.
