Provided are an oil separation filter having a wetting surface for refrigerating machine oil and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention relates to an oil separation filter having a non-wetting surface for refrigerating machine oil, which is placed in an oil separator of a condenser of a refrigerating apparatus, and is an oil separation filter for refrigerating machine oil by enabling refrigerant gas and refrigerating machine oil flowing into the oil separator to pass therethrough, discharging the refrigerant gas upwards, and dropping and separating the refrigerating machine oil to a floor by a self-load. Moreover, a micro-sized uneven portions is formed on a surface of a refrigerating machine oil separation filter, and a nano-sized structure is formed on a surface of the uneven portion.
