METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ARONIA EXTRACTS USING HIGH PRESSURE PULVERIZING EXTRACTION AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR IMPROVING IMMUNITY CONTAINING MANUFACTURED ARONIA EXTRACTS AS ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

摘要

According to a manufacturing method of aronia extractions, the method is as follows: treating properly pectinase in aronia powder to reduce rigidity of pericarp of aronia; pulverizing aronia particles to a nanometer size by high speed and super high pressure pulverizing mixing process; and heating the same at a low temperature to manufacture aronia extracts. Accordingly, the present invention extracts active ingredients contained in aronia at a greatly high efficiency, and effectively prevents modification and destruction of anthocyanin contained in aronia, thereby manufacturing aronia extractions having a high antioxidation activity. In addition, the present invention treats tannase in the aronia pulverizing product to reduce astringent tastes of the aronia. The aronia extracts have a high antioxidation activity to use in various usages such as pharmaceutical compositions for improving immunity or functional foods.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
