The present invention relates to a live mission training device through a live virtual constructive (L-V-C) and an augmented reality, capable of performing a mission training to be similar to a real battlefield situation, and a method and a system thereof. The live mission training device of the present invention comprises: a control module for managing a mission training; and a demonstration module for receiving virtual object data from the control module, and demonstrating an augmented reality.
