The present invention relates to a system for monitoring energy and environment information based on IoT for implementing a zero-energy building and, more specifically, to a system which transmits information transmitted from a watt-hour meter, a flow meter, a heat flow meter, a photovoltaic device, an energy storage device, and environment monitoring sensors installed in a zero-energy town composed of a plurality of zero-energy buildings, analyzes the information in an integrated control center based on cloud, and visualizes a flow of demand and supply of energy and an energy production amount of the whole zero-energy town, thereby allowing an operator to efficiently monitor the same.
