On the Symbiotic Modes of SMEs and Large Enterprises Based on Symbiotic Energy and Medium

There are three varieties of symbiotic modes of SMEs and large enterprises based on symbiosis energy, including commensalisms, asymmetry mutualism and symmetry mutualism. The symbiotic mediums ( such as stock ownership, contract, trust, etc. ) have an important influence on symbiotic modes. From the angle of symbiotic medium view, there are some measures that promote symbiotic modes toward symmetry mutualism, such as opti-mizing stock ownership structure of subsidiary company, promoting mid-system organization growth, building good faith cultural atmosphere.
