The present invention relates to a device and method for manufacturing an eco-friendly construction material block by applying a carbon fiber and a press pressurizing method. The present invention can strengthen mechanical properties (impact strength, compressive strength, etc.) through press pressurizing molding by mixing a carbon fiber, that is an additive, in a mixture of secondary raw materials including red clay, a basalt fiber, and a mulberry fiber and a raw material of mixing main raw materials including gypsum and water. The present invention secures stronger strength than a conventional product through a process of applying a pressurizing method suitable for an automated mass production system.
