The present invention relates to a system for IoT-based real-time vehicle accident information transmission and accident and flooding history inquiries which attaches IoT-based GPS, a vehicle frame severance detection sensor, a rain sensor, and an impact sensor on key areas in a vehicle to transmit accident information to related organizations via a communication network in real time when a major frame of the vehicle is damaged (excluding minor accidents) and flooded to respond within golden hours by quick measures to reduce primary harm and secondary harm. The present invention attaches IoT-based GPS, a vehicle frame severance detection sensor, a rain sensor, and an impact sensor on key areas in a vehicle to transmit accident information to related organizations via a communication network in real time when a major frame of the vehicle is damaged (excluding minor accidents) and flooded to take quick measures and respond within golden hours to reduce primary harm and secondary harm, and subsequently distributes and stores information in block chain-based storage which cannot be altered immediately to provide citizens, government, and companies with vehicle accident history to contribute to public benefits.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
