Substituted 1H-imidazo [4,5-b] pyridin-2 (3H) -one as NR2B receptor ligand. Such compounds can be used in pharmaceutical compositions and methods for the treatment of diseases, disorders and conditions mediated by NR2B receptor modulation, and NR2B receptor activity.
