The present invention aims to provide a stand-alone embedded voice recognition technology, which is able to precisely recognize and interpret a robot control voice command even in a space with no Internet access, and a voice recognition-based agent module, which is able to precisely control a motion of an autonomous vehicle. To this end, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the stand-alone voice recognition-based agent module for a precise motion control of a robot and an autonomous vehicle may comprise: a voice recognition engine which performs a language processing of an entered voice to be outputted as a recognizable text, converts the voice into a speed control text for motion control, and allocates the voice; a robot operation system which receives the speed control command from the voice recognition engine through a programming language which receives the allocated speed control text, and transfers a speed value for the robot or the autonomous vehicle to be driven; and a driving unit which receives the speed value from the robot operation system, and drives the robot or the autonomous vehicle.
