The present invention relates to a production method of kelp kimchi having excellent immunoregulatory ability, which comprises the steps of: producing marinade for kimchi comprising fermented seaweed seasoning liquid; mixing the kelp with the marinade for the kimchi, and applying the same to Chinese cabbage; and aging the Chinese cabbage with the marinade for the kimchi and the kelp.
