The present invention provides a relative quantification method of a polymer by using MALDI mass spectrometry, in which a calibration curve can be established using intensities of single polymer peaks having the same number of repeating units in MALDI sepctra of a polymer specimen per every concentration, the polymer specimen having polydispersity and a uniform thickness thereacross.
