The present invention provides a lifting method of a derrick structure using one marine crane and an apparatus for lifting. The purpose of the present invention is to lift and load a derrick structure having a high height as structural characteristics thereof, by not using a plurality of marine cranes but using one marine crane. The lifting method of a derrick structure using one marine crane comprises: a step for providing a loading frame capable of loading a heavy object while protruding from one side to change a position of a lifting point on the one side of a derrick structure, so as not to interfere with a boom of a marine crane; a step for loading the heavy object with the heavy weight such that the derrick structure can have a center of gravity in a vertical line without being tilted when the derrick structure is lifted to the loading frame; a step for providing a lifting member provided between an end of the loading frame and an end of a derrick structure opposite to the loading frame and a pair of hooks provided on the marine crane; and a step for locking each hook of the marine crane to the lifting member to be lifted. Therefore, when a derrick structure is lifted, costs can be reduced to a minimal cost due to the use of a single marine crane, and the working time required for the lifting can also be significantly reduced.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
