The present invention relates to a board game apparatus for educating children on human rights, which is able to educate children on human rights of children through a game, to allow children to learn necessity and importance of children′s human rights, and to teach children to view daily lives and social issues from a perspective of human rights. According to the present invention, the board game apparatus for educating human rights to children comprises: a game board which has a track unit having a plurality of sections, and which has an article number of the Convention on the Rights of the Child and a mission number marked for each of the general sections excluding a plurality of special sections; a plurality of game blocks which are moved on the track unit for a moving number which is acquired by adding the numbers of two dices after throwing the two dices; a plurality of certificate cards of rights which have the content of articles of the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the mission information, which are relevant to the article number of the Convention on the Rights of the Child marked for each of the general sections; a plurality of landmark game blocks which have a picture and a toll marked to, when a game player has conducted a mission marked on a specific section which has been reached by the game player by moving on as many game blocks as the moving number on the track unit, indicate that the specific section is a section of the game player; a plurality of treasure chest cards which have the mission information or the bonus information marked, which is relevant to a treasure chest section from among the special sections; game money for putting another landmark game block on a position, where a landmark game block is put, or for paying a toll marked on the landmark game block; and a UN management unit which stores the game money.
