According to the present invention, a technique of a specification relates to a special interface device for reducing autism spectrum disorder and mild cognitive impairment, which may be utilized as an interface for autism spectrum disorder, mild cognitive impairment, or game by using breath of a user or the body characteristics related to breath. The special interface device for reducing autism spectrum disorder and mild cognitive impairment comprises: a sealing unit sealing at least one of the mouth or nose of a user; a breathing unit allowing the user to breathe by communicating with the outside in the sealing unit; a breath sensing unit provided in the breathing unit and sensing the breath of the user; and a control unit receiving a sensing signal of the breath sensing unit and converting the sensing signal into interface information of software.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
