The present invention relates to an eco-friendly buoy with an airbag and a manufacturing method thereof, which are possible to reduce a maintenance cost and improve economic feasibility because of preventing damage caused by waves or wind by forming an airbag in a receiving space in foam to easily absorb external impact and are possible to be stably used for a long time by absorbing the external impact in the airbag.
