Therefore, the system of the present invention is capable of converging the efficiency degradation curve of the rotating body to approximate an actual value by expanding the initial efficiency and limited actual data of the rotating body through machine learning or deep learning, thereby improving reliability of status diagnosis and remaining useful life prediction. In addition, the efficiency map generating the efficiency degradation curve is hierarchized for each unit time (each predetermined period) within the total driving time of the rotating body and modeled, so as to match the efficiency map of the rotating body changed according to usage condition and usage time with an efficiency map of a specific point of time required to be diagnosed, thereby implementing precise degradation status diagnosis and remaining useful life prediction of the rotating body.
