The present invention relates to a system for diagnosing a degradation status and predicting a remaining useful life of a rotating body, comprising: an initial efficiency map calculation unit for obtaining an initial efficiency map of a rotating body by calculating efficiency in an initial status of the rotating body; an efficiency calculation unit for calculating efficiency of the rotating body by obtaining an output load for a real-time input load of the rotating body; an update efficiency map calculation unit for obtaining an update efficiency map by applying an actual efficiency of the rotating body obtained in the efficiency calculation unit to the initial efficiency map; an efficiency map modeling unit for modeling an efficiency map for each unit time with respect to the total driving time of the rotating body in the update efficiency map; and a degradation curve generation unit for generating an efficiency degradation curve for the total driving time of the rotating body by applying an equivalent load for each unit time to the modeled efficiency map. Therefore, the system of the present invention is capable of converging the efficiency degradation curve of the rotating body to approximate an actual value by expanding the initial efficiency and limited actual data of the rotating body through machine learning or deep learning, thereby improving reliability of status diagnosis and remaining useful life prediction. In addition, the efficiency map generating the efficiency degradation curve is hierarchized for each unit time (each predetermined period) within the total driving time of the rotating body and modeled, so as to match the efficiency map of the rotating body changed according to usage condition and usage time with an efficiency map of a specific point of time required to be diagnosed, thereby implementing precise degradation status diagnosis and remaining useful life prediction of the rotating body. Also, as a concept of the equivalent load (a representative value of an output load changed according to a driving time of the rotating body) is adopted, it is possible to diagnose a status of the rotating body under a condition that a load of a reducer is changed.
