The present invention relates to a method for preparing fermented liquor having a beer flavor using barley and starch, which comprises the steps of: stirring a mixture; preparing a saccharification liquid; obtaining a filtered juice; preparing wort; and adding yeast to the wort and fermenting the same. The fermented liquor of the present invention has a function similar to that of a beer prepared by using malt.
