The present invention relates to a game item trading system, a mediation server, a game user terminal and a game item trading method. According to the present invention, the game item trading system comprises: a user terminal which runs game item wallet software to manage game items owned by a game user, to generate trading information on the game items owned by the game user, and to broadcast the trading information on a network; a game server which manages execution of the game and stores information on a game user ID, which is an identification information of the user on the game, and the game items owned by each game user ID; and a financial server which stores financial account information of game item traders. The trading information includes a trader ID of a game item seller, a trade ID of a game item purchaser, information on game items, which are the subjects of trade, and trade amount information. The game server updates information on the game items owned by each game user ID based on a game item blockchain, which is a public ledger on game item trades. The financial server pays for the trading amount of game item trades based on the game item blockchain. The present invention aims to provide the game item trading system which is able to transmit trading information between a seller and a purchaser of a game item onto a network to secure safety in trading game items between individuals.
