An integrated handwriting message providing device and a computer program and a recording medium applied thereto are disclosed in the present invention. According to the present invention, the integrated handwriting message providing device comprises: a display unit for outputting, through execution of a message service, a message window which has the content of a message displayed thereon or is blank and displaying a page screen on which a message can be input while a message history of the message window is maintained when the message is input; an input unit for inputting a handwriting note created by user′s handwriting on the page screen; a message generating unit for generating the handwriting note, which has the page screen as a background, as a transmitting handwriting message; and a communication unit for executing transmission of the transmitting handwritten message with transmission of a message file including the handwriting note through a transmission request.
