The present invention discloses an apparatus for providing an integrated handwritten message, and a computer program and a recording medium applied thereto. According to the present invention, the apparatus for providing an integrated handwritten message comprises: a display unit outputting a message window in which message contents are displayed or is black through the execution of a message service, and outputting a page screen capable of inputting a message while maintaining the message history of the message window when the message is input; an input unit inputting a handwritten memo written in the handwriting of the user on the page screen; a message generation unit generating the handwritten memo which has the background of the page screen, as an outgoing handwritten message; and a communication unit performing transmission of the outgoing handwritten message by transmitting the message file containing the handwritten memo through the outgoing request.
