Disclosed are a polymer composition, a transparent conductive polymer thin film with excellent conductivity and flexibility using the same, a transparent electrode using the transparent conductive polymer thin film, and a method for manufacturing the transparent electrode. According to the present invention, the transparent conductive polymer thin film is a cured material of a polymer composition, which includes: 0.1-2 parts by weight of ionic liquid; and 0.1-2 parts by weight of a surfactant with respect to 100 parts by weight of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS). According to the present invention, the surfactant is added to the thin film having high conductivity and flexibility, and thus, it is possible to manufacture the thin film on various types of an elastic substrate and the thin film can be used as a conductive thin film for a stretchable electronic element.
