The present invention relates to an English word learning program by selecting and listening desirable words. More specifically, the present invention selects desirable words to register the same to a vocabulary list, and converts the same into an MP3 file to provide a repetitive listening learning. The present invention differentiates from existing learning methods of listening random words by MP3 files, makes a user listen only desirable words to improve learning efficiency and visually and acoustically learn words that the user does not know, thereby making a memory last longer. The English word learning program by selecting and listening desirable words is a core technology for word learning methods and may be used in English exams for civil servants, university entrances and TOEIC. In addition, used in a smartphone application, the present invention may be used in English words listening learning time when a user moves or takes a rest.
