The present application relates to a stomach cancer diagnostic panel for detecting genetic variations in stomach cancer, and to a method for detecting genetic variations in stomach cancer, wherein the method allows various genetic variations in main stomach cancer-related genes to be detected through a single experiment, and thus may be extremely economical and efficient as compared to existing methods using other platforms. Further, by ensuring high resolution through sequencing, with high coverage, main genes related to the emergence and progression of stomach cancer, the method enables the identification of low-frequency genetic variations that are not detected by existing methods. Accordingly, the stomach cancer diagnostic panel for detecting genetic variations in stomach cancer can detect, with high sensitivity and accuracy, various genetic variations from a sample containing genetic materials of stomach cancer cells, and enables an efficient search for patient-customized therapeutic agents for stomach cancer based on these detection results, and thus may be extremely beneficial in the medical industry.
