The present invention relates to a story narrating apparatus and a story narrating method. In the present invention, a stick is inserted into a body part formed with cavity to reconstruct and play sentences by using character information of the stick, inserted positions and time of the stick, thereby inducing interest of a user so that the user can participate in a game actively, and preventing digital over-immersion.
