The present invention relates a method for providing a health care service capable of helping users live healthier lives by solving short-term or long-term health problems which the users can have. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for providing a health care service through collection of user health habit information by a server comprises the steps of: (a) receiving health information data including nutritional information of medicine taken by a user and health information of the user from a user terminal; (b) searching for a method for improving health of the user from a database or an external server based on health information data; and (c) providing information on a health improving method including information on the medicine to the user terminal.
