The present invention relates to a system and wearable device for monitoring a motion of a user while a wearable device is worn on a user and determining the suitability of a motion by contrasting a motion of a user with correct posture data. The system comprises: a posture detection unit worn on a user and obtaining a posture value according to a motion of the user; a control unit confirming whether the posture value obtained in the posture detection unit is included in a previously stored correct posture range; an output unit outputting a suitability signal when the posture value obtained in the posture detection unit is included in the previously stored correct posture range; and a power unit supplying power to the control unit.
