The present invention relates to a composition for toothpaste or mouthwash, comprising a Daphne odora extract and Glycyrrhiza uralensis extract as an active ingredient. Specifically, the present invention relates to a composition for toothpaste or mouthwash, comprising a Daphne odora extract with anti-inflammatory activity and a Glycyrrhiza uralensis extract having anti-Streptococcus mutans and anti-Streptococcus sobrinus activity, as an active ingredient.
