According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, described are a system and a method that can be used to provide a diagnostic platform, capable of easily and efficiently collecting and detecting biomaterials such as bacteria and viruses, by manufacturing and using hybrid nanostructures with improved capturing ability for biomaterials by developing wrinkled morphological topology on the surface thereof and by forming a zinc oxide layer on top to increase chemical interaction with harmful biomaterials such as bacteria while attaching at least two metal layers onto the surface of a nano-pattern structure (specifically, nanopillar array) made of a polymer material.
