One embodiment of the present disclosure describes a system and method for conveniently and accurately collecting and diagnosing biomaterials in a sample, by detecting fluorescence signals by cleavage of probes that are responsive to nucleases released by the cell lysis after efficiently capturing biomaterials such as various pathogens and infectious microorganisms on a hybrid nanostructure, wherein a nanoweb of a second polymer material is formed on a surface of a nanopillar array of a first polymer material.
