The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for sensitive skin. The present invention comprises Chamaecyparis obtuse water manufactured by mixing and stirring 20 kg of Chamaecyparis obtuse leaves and 80 kg of purified water, sterilizing for 20 minutes at 105C in a sealed state, extracting by heating at 60C for 72 hours in a vacuum and treating condensate water, followed by sterile filtration. Also, the present invention is in an essence or cream formulation, thereby improving the dryness of the skin when used for sensitive skin and has the effect of alleviating itching without adverse reactions.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
