The present invention relates to a method for producing a new grilled bossam dish which has not only desirable aroma and flavor and high palatability, but also can be visually differentiated from conventional bossam dishes, thereby drawing the attention of consumers, and results in high consumers′ satisfaction; and a grilled bossam dish produced thereby. The method comprises the following processes: (1) steaming pork to make bossam meat; (2) slightly boiling a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, hot pepper paste, Cheongyang red pepper powder, soju, garlic, and cinnamon, and separating liquid and solid to produce a sauce; (3) a bean sprouts preparation process for washing bean sprouts and removing water therefrom; (4) heating a plating grill; (5) a bean sprouts plating process for placing the bean sprouts prepared in the bean sprouts preparation process on the heated plating grill; (6) a bossam meat plating process for slicing the bossam meat produced in the process (1) and placing the same on top of the bean sprouts placed on the plating grill in the bean sprouts plating process; and (7) placing the sauce prepared in the process (2) on top of the plating grill having the bean sprouts placed in the process (6).
