The present invention relates to a shaft transferring and inspecting device for a vehicle, including a jig unit for changing the position of a shaft, and a jig unit for changing the position of a shaft, used for the same. Specifically, the shaft transferring and inspecting device for a vehicle can reduce time for inspecting and manufacturing a shaft by rapidly changing the arrangement position of the shaft by corresponding to a result of inspecting the shaft. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, according to the present invention, the shaft transferring and inspecting device for a vehicle includes: a transfer unit moving the shaft in a direction; and the jig unit installed to be adjacent to the transfer unit and raising or dropping the transferred shaft after stopping the shaft from being transferred by the transfer unit for a predetermined time.
