The present invention relates to metal/two-dimensional nanomaterial hybrid ink having a hierarchical structure, a method of manufacturing the same, and a conductive film formed through the hybrid ink. The method of manufacturing the metal/two-dimensional nanomaterial hybrid ink having a hierarchical structure comprises the steps of: generating first mixed liquid by mixing non-precious metal-containing metal particles, a metal precursor, and a capping agent; forming metal particles having a nano-hierarchical structure by primarily irradiating ultrasonic waves to the first mixed liquid; generating second mixed liquid by adding a two-dimensional nanomaterial precursor to the metal particles having a nano-hierarchical structure; forming metal/two-dimensional nanomaterial particles by secondarily irradiating ultrasonic waves to the second mixed liquid; and preparing metal/two-dimensional nanomaterial hybrid ink by dispersing the metal/two-dimensional nanomaterial particles in a dispersion solution. Accordingly, the metal nano-hierarchical structure is formed on a surface of the micron size non-precious metal-containing particles by using an ultrasonic chemical scheme to form an anti-oxidation layer and improve a fill factor, and two-dimensional nanomaterials are synthesized on a surface of the nano-hierarchical structure, thereby obtaining the metal/two-dimensional nanomaterial hybrid ink and a conductive film. In addition, the metal nano-hierarchical structure for enhancing a fill factor of the conductive filler and the two-dimensional nanomaterials, which is the anti-oxidation layer, are sequentially synthesized using the ultrasonic chemical scheme to enhance environmental reliability, and thus, the conductive film is formed, and utilized in a flexible printed electrode.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
