Provided is a method for expressing a block diagram using a block diagram editor executed in a computing device. The method comprises: placing a block diagram on a block diagram editor which includes one or more blocks and one or more hierarchical blocks; expressing all or part of one or more blocks and one or more hierarchical blocks in an edit window of the block diagram editor; and, when one of the one or more hierarchical blocks is selected, expressing internal blocks included in the selected hierarchical block in an outline window.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
