PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically generate a physical block diagram.;SOLUTION: A network designing apparatus detects, from a logical constitution diagram in which network attribute information regarding a network is set, each of objects belonging to both edges of a link included in a logical constitution diagram. The network designing apparatus determines a connection relationship of the link on the basis of network attribute information of a network to which each of the objects belong.
