The present invention relates to a system for monitoring a leakage risk of a reservoir using an unmanned aerial vehicle having a thermal camera. According to the present invention, the system for monitoring a leakage risk of a reservoir includes: an unmanned aerial vehicle having a thermal camera, wherein the unmanned aerial vehicle is to photograph a dam body of a reservoir to be monitored by the thermal camera while flying; and a server collecting thermal images photographed by the unmanned aerial vehicle and generating a thermal orthoimage by mapping the collected thermal images, wherein the server also analyzes the temperature of the ground surface in the dam body of the reservoir using the generated thermal orthoimage and determines whether there is a leakage risk in the dam body of the reservoir using the analyzed temperature. According to the present invention, a system for monitoring the risk of leakage of a reservoir and its dam body using an unmanned aerial vehicle having a thermal camera and, therefore, can rapidly and economically detect a leakage risk area of the dam body of the reservoir.
