System for preventing negligent accident of children school bus

Disclosed is a children school bus negligent accident prevention system which comprises: a loading and unloading sensing scanner installed in a school bus to sense loading and unloading of children; a radar sensor sensing movement in the school bus to sense children remaining in the school bus; and a control unit sensing the number of loading and unloading children through the loading and unloading sensing scanner to generate loading and unloading information, and controlling the radar sensor to be operated for a predetermined period of time when it is determined that the school bus is parked. Accordingly, loading and unloading of the children can be sensed through the loading and unloading sensing means, and the children remaining in the school bus due to a loading and unloading sensing error can be secondarily sensed to warn a manager.
