The present invention relates to a signboard reverse auction system capable of suggesting a proper price and a method thereof. The system includes: a user terminal in which a signboard construction request is requested by a user; a construction company server in which information about a plurality of signboard construction companies is stored and to which a construction company terminal is accessed; a comparison estimate server which includes an estimate request module receiving and refining the signboard construction request from the user terminal to generate estimate information, a proper price define module defining a proper price based on the estimate information, and a comparison estimate module receiving the estimate information and the proper price from the proper price define module to transmit the same to the construction company server and receiving bidding information from the construction company server to transmit the same to the user terminal; a contract management server which includes a contract management module receiving a selection of a final construction company from the user terminal and making a contract between the user and the final construction company therein and a construction monitoring module having construction field information uploaded from the construction company terminal and transmitting the construction field information to the user terminal; an advertisement information server which receives the estimate information from the estimate request module and transmits advertisement approval and law information according to the estimate information to the user terminal; and a designer server in which a plurality of pieces of signboard designer information are stored and a designer search and design request is received from the user terminal and the construction company server. Therefore, a user can receive a construction proper price suggestion and receive a comparison estimate according to the proper price.
