An integrated circuit according to one embodiment disclosed in the present document comprises: a plurality of functional blocks; an SSC generator for generating spread spectrum clocks (SSCs) based on frequency modulation rate values; a clock distribution circuit for distributing the generated SSCs into the functional blocks; a memory for storing previously designated frequency modulation rate values corresponding to the functional blocks; and a control circuit. The control circuit may be set to control the SSC generator for generating the SSCs at least based on smaller one among first and second frequency modulation rate values respectively corresponding to first and second functional blocks, which are operating, among the functional blocks. In addition, various embodiments identified through the specification are possible.
