The present invention relates to a bio-polyurethane resin, a film manufactured by using the same, and a method for manufacturing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to the bio-polyurethane resin which has excellent cold resistant flexibility, and thus can manufacture a film that can be manufactured by a dry coating process that can minimize environmental pollution even though the bio-polyurethane resin is manufactured by introducing a biomass-based polyol, the film manufactured by using the same, and the method for manufacturing the same.
