The present invention relates to a multifunctional bio-polyurethane resin and to a film manufactured by using the multifunctional bio-polyurethane resin, and specifically, provides a multifunctional bio-polyurethane film, which is an eco-friendly material introducing a bio-polyurethane resin using a plant-derived material instead of a petroleum-based polyurethane resin, is harmless to the human body, can control the electric conductivity, thermal conductivity, antibacterial and smokeless radiation-shielding properties by adding a metal powder, and can manifest various performance simultaneously depending on a lamination method.
