The present invention provides a method for editing a filamentous fungal genome by direct introduction of genomic editing protein molecules or complexes. The method includes three forms. In the first form, the genome on the Aspergillus genus genome is edited by introducing a genome editing protein molecule or complex for the target gene directly into the cells of the genus Aspergillus. In the second form, the DNA fragment is melted at a desired target site on the filamentous fungal genome by introducing a genomic editing protein molecule or complex for the target region on the filamentous fungal genome and the desired DNA fragment directly into the filamentous fungal cell. In the third form, a plurality of genes on the filamentous fungal genome are co-edited by directly introducing genomic editing protein molecules or complexes for the plurality of target genes into the filamentous fungal cell.
