The present invention relates to a separation membrane capable of performing adsorptive separation of contaminants such as heavy metals in the contaminated water and checking the replacement time of the separation membrane due to the change in fluorescence intensity. The separation membrane is recyclable and can be reused without replacing the whole separation membrane.
